Settings

Configure your store's branding, shipping, pricing, security, and more from Admin → Settings.

Store Branding

Go to Settings → Branding to configure:

  • Store name — Appears in the browser tab, emails, and checkout.
  • Logo — Upload a PNG or SVG. Recommended size: 200x50px. Used in the storefront header and emails.
  • Primary color — Hex color code used for buttons, links, and accents throughout the storefront.
  • Store subdomain — Your storefront URL slug (e.g., riverside-high.spreeshop.xyz). Changing this will break existing shared links.
  • Custom domain — Pro plan only. Map your own domain (e.g., store.riversidehigh.org). Follow the DNS instructions shown.
  • Favicon — Small icon shown in browser tabs. PNG, 32x32px.

Campaign / Pop-Up Store Mode

Campaign mode turns your storefront into a time-limited pop-up shop. Go to Settings → Campaign to configure:

  • Campaign window — Start and end dates. Outside this window, the storefront shows a "Store is closed" message.
  • Campaign banner — A banner message shown at the top of every storefront page (e.g., "Store closes Oct 15! Order now.").
  • Countdown timer — Toggle to show a live countdown timer on the storefront.
  • Post-close message — What customers see after the campaign ends.

Tip

Campaign mode is great for school spirit stores that only open for a few weeks at a time. Use it in combination with the fundraising goal to create urgency.

Shipping Methods Setup

Go to Settings → Shipping to add and manage shipping options. For each shipping method, set:

  • Name — What customers see at checkout (e.g., "Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)").
  • Rate — Flat rate, or free over a threshold. Live carrier rates via Stripe Shipping are on the roadmap.
  • Estimated delivery — Text description of delivery time.
  • Availability — Enable or disable without deleting.

Pricing Configuration

Go to Settings → Pricing to configure your store-wide pricing defaults. These apply to all products unless overridden at the product level. Set:

  • Quantity break tiers — Define your price breaks (e.g., 12-23 = $16.00, 24-47 = $14.50).
  • Embroidery rates — Price per 1,000 stitches by stitch count range.
  • Setup fees — Default screen print setup fee per color, per location.
  • Rush order multiplier — Automatically add a percentage surcharge for rush orders (configurable on each order).

Security

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Enable TOTP-based 2FA for your admin account under Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.) and verify with a code to activate. You will be prompted for a 2FA code on every login.

Warning

Save your backup codes when you set up 2FA. If you lose access to your authenticator app without backup codes, you will be locked out of your admin account.

Audit Log

The Audit Log records every significant admin action: order status changes, product edits, settings changes, login events, and more. Access it via Settings → Audit Log. Each entry shows the date, time, admin user, action, and the affected record. You can filter by date range, admin user, and action type. Audit logs are retained for 12 months.
