Analytics

The Analytics dashboard gives you a clear picture of your store performance: revenue trends, best-selling products, order volume, and fundraising progress.

Date Range Selection

Use the date range picker at the top of the Analytics page to filter all charts and tables. Presets include: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, Last month, This year. Custom ranges are supported. All data updates are real-time.

Revenue Chart

The Revenue chart shows daily or weekly gross revenue (total payments captured) over your selected period. Hover over any data point to see the exact figure. The chart also shows a comparison line for the previous equivalent period — for example, if you select "last 30 days", the comparison shows the 30 days before that.

Revenue metrics shown: Gross Revenue (total charges), Net Revenue (after refunds and Stripe fees), and Average Order Value.

Top Products Table

The Top Products table ranks your products by total quantity sold and total revenue in the selected period. Click any product name to go to the product detail page. You can sort by quantity, revenue, or refund rate.

Order Status Breakdown

The Order Status donut chart shows how your current open orders are distributed across statuses. This is useful for identifying bottlenecks — for example, if many orders are stuck in PROOF_SENT, you may need to follow up with customers who have not responded to their proof requests.

Fundraising Analytics

If you have active fundraising stores, the Fundraising section shows each store's:

  • Goal amount and current amount raised
  • Percentage of goal achieved
  • Number of contributing orders
  • Average contribution per order
  • Days remaining (if a campaign end date is set)

Note

Analytics data is available for all orders, including historical data going back to when you created your account. Data is refreshed every 5 minutes in the dashboard.

Exporting Analytics Data

Click Export CSV on any table to download the data for the current date range. The revenue summary can also be exported as a PDF report from the Export → Revenue Report (PDF) option.
