Quick Start

Five steps to launch your first SpreeShop store.

⏱ Estimated time: 30 minutes

Note

This guide assumes you have already created your SpreeShop account. If you have not yet signed up, start here.
1

Set Store Branding

Go to Settings → Branding and complete these fields:

  • Store name (e.g., "Riverside High Spirit Store")
  • Logo — upload a PNG or SVG, at least 200px wide
  • Primary brand color — your school or team color as a hex code
  • Store subdomain — the URL customers will use to find your store

Time: ~5 minutes

2

Add Your First Product

Go to Products → Add Product. For a quick launch, add one core product first:

  • Product name and short description
  • At least one mockup image (PNG at 800x800px or SVG)
  • Color and size variants (use Bulk Generate to create all combinations at once)
  • Base price per unit
  • Print area (e.g., "Front Center" at 12x14 inches)

Time: ~10 minutes per product

3

Configure Pricing and Shipping

Go to Settings → Pricing and set your quantity break tiers. Then go to Settings → Shipping and add at least one shipping method (e.g., "Standard Shipping — $6.99").

Tip

Not sure what pricing to use? A common starting point: 1-11 pcs = $22, 12-23 = $18, 24-47 = $16, 48+ = $14. Adjust based on your blank costs and margin needs.

Time: ~5 minutes

4

Share Your Store Link

Your store is now live at yourstore.spreeshop.xyz. Copy the link from your dashboard and share it with your customers — via email, social media, the school's app, or a QR code on a flyer.

To generate a QR code, click Share Store → Download QR Code in your dashboard. Print it and post it in the school hallway, gym, or dugout.

Time: ~2 minutes

5

Place a Test Order

Before going fully live, walk through the complete order flow as a customer. Open your storefront, add a product to cart, and go through checkout using the Stripe test card:

Card: 4242 4242 4242 4242
Expiry: any future date
CVC: any 3 digits

Check that you receive an order confirmation email, the order appears in your Admin → Orders list, and the order shows up on the Production Board. Then cancel the test order from Admin to release the Stripe hold.

Time: ~8 minutes

Warning

Make sure your Stripe account is connected and switched to live mode before marketing your store to real customers. Test mode orders do not capture real payments.
