B2B Accounts

Win and retain corporate clients by offering net payment terms, custom pricing, and a streamlined reorder experience through B2B accounts.

What B2B Accounts Enable

  • Corporate clients log in to your storefront with their own account
  • They see a "Business Checkout" option to order on net terms instead of paying immediately
  • You can set tax exemption for qualifying businesses (e.g., nonprofits, resellers)
  • Order history is tied to their account so they can reorder past items easily
  • You can view all orders from a single business account in one place

Inviting a Corporate Client

The smoothest onboarding method:

  1. Go to Admin → Business Accounts → Invite Business
  2. Enter their contact email and company name
  3. Add a personal note (optional): "Hi Sarah — great meeting you last week. Here is the link to set up your account on our portal."
  4. Click Send Invite

The client receives a branded email with a link to complete their business profile in 4 steps (about 5 minutes). When they finish, you get a notification to review and approve their account.

Reviewing and Approving

When a business submits their profile, open it in Admin → Business Accounts and review:

  • Business name and address are accurate
  • Tax exemption certificate (if uploaded) — verify it is valid for your state
  • Contact info is complete

Click Approve Account. The client receives a confirmation email with their login link. Set their payment terms and credit limit before they place their first order.

Tip

Start new B2B accounts on Net 30 with a modest credit limit ($2,000-$5,000). After a track record of on-time payments, you can extend to Net 60 or a higher limit.

Making Reorders Easy

B2B accounts can see their full order history when logged in to your storefront. Each past order has a Reorder button that adds all the same items back to the cart with one click. This is a major time-saver for clients who need the same uniform items season after season.
