How to Order
Placing an order takes just a few minutes. Here is a step-by-step guide.
Step 1: Browse Products
You will land on the store's home page showing all available products. Each product card shows the product image, name, and starting price. Click a product to open its detail page.
Note
Step 2: Select Color and Size
On the product page:
- Click a color swatch to select your garment color. The product image will update to show that color.
- Select your size from the size buttons. If a size is greyed out, it is out of stock.
- If you are unsure of your size, click Size Guide to see measurements.
Step 3: Customize (if applicable)
If the product supports personalization (like adding your name or jersey number), you will see text fields on the product page. Fill in the required fields. See the Customizer guide for more details.
Step 4: Add to Cart
Click Add to Cart. You will see a confirmation that the item was added. Continue shopping or click the cart icon to review your cart.
Step 5: Checkout
Click the cart icon and then Proceed to Checkout. You will be asked to:
- Sign in or continue as guest — Creating an account lets you track your order and reorder easily in the future. You can also sign in with Google.
- Enter your shipping address — Make sure it is correct! Packages shipped to wrong addresses cannot always be recovered.
- Choose a shipping method — Select from the available shipping options and their estimated delivery times.
- Enter payment — Enter your credit or debit card number. SpreeShop uses Stripe for secure payment processing — your card number is never stored on the store's servers.
- Review and place order — Confirm your items, address, and total, then click Place Order.
Step 6: Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will see a confirmation page with your order number. An order confirmation email will be sent to you within a few minutes. Save this email — it contains your order number, a summary of what you ordered, and contact information for the shop if you have questions.
