Using the Customizer

Many SpreeShop products support personalization — add your name, jersey number, or other custom text directly on the product page.

Personalization Fields

When a product supports personalization, you will see one or more text fields on the product page, typically labeled things like:

• Player Name — Your name that will appear on the back of the garment
• Jersey Number — Your number (0-99)
• Team Name — For items with a team or school name on the sleeve

Fields marked with a * are required — you must fill them in before you can add the item to your cart.

Live Preview

As you type in the personalization fields, the product image updates in real time to show a preview of your text on the garment. This is a visual representation to help you check spelling and placement — the final printed item may look slightly different depending on the decoration method used by the shop.

Uploading Custom Artwork

Some products allow you to upload your own artwork (for example, a school club designing their own shirts). If this option is available, you will see an Upload Artwork button on the product page.

Accepted formats: PNG and JPG. Maximum file size: 10 MB. For best results:

• Use a high-resolution image — at least 300 DPI at the intended print size
• Use a transparent background (PNG) if you do not want a white box around your artwork
• Avoid very thin lines that may not reproduce well in print

After uploading, the shop will review your artwork and may contact you if they need a different file or want to suggest adjustments. They will send you a proof before printing.

Ordering Multiple Personalized Items

If you need the same item with different names or numbers (for example, two jerseys — one for you and one for your child), add them as separate line items:

1. Configure the first item (name, number, size) and click Add to Cart.
2. Go back to the product page, change the name/number and size for the second person, and click Add to Cart again.
3. Both items will appear separately in your cart with their respective personalization details.
