Group Orders
Someone shared a link with you for a group spirit wear or apparel order. Here is how to place your order and what to expect.
What Is a Group Order?
A group order is an organized apparel purchase where many people (a team, a class, a club) all order individually through one shared link, during a set window of time. Everyone places and pays for their own order. Orders are then produced all at once and typically shipped together to reduce costs.
Joining a Group Order
When you click the group order link, you will land on the store's product page with a banner at the top showing the group order name and deadline. Shop and order exactly as you would on any online store — the process is the same.
- Browse the available products.
- Select your size and color.
- Fill in any personalization fields (name, number) if required.
- Add to cart and proceed to checkout.
- Enter your shipping address (or choose "Ship to Coach" if that option is available).
- Pay with your credit or debit card.
Warning
The Deadline Matters
Group orders close on a specific date so that all items can be produced together in one run. This is how the shop can offer competitive pricing. If you miss the deadline, you will not be able to place an order through that group order link.
If you miss the deadline, contact the person who organized the group order — they may be able to make an exception or let you know when the next ordering window is.
Tracking Your Order
Your order through a group order link is a normal order — you will receive an order confirmation email, and when it ships, you will receive a tracking notification. You can also view your order in your account if you created one during checkout.
Using a Claim Token with a Group Order
Sometimes, you may receive both a group order link AND a jersey claim token (for example, you get a free jersey through the league but want to also order extra spirit wear for family members). In that case:
- Use the claim link to claim your free jersey (no payment needed).
- Use the group order link to purchase any additional items normally.
- These are two separate transactions — you do not need to combine them.
