Claim Your Jersey

You received an email with a claim link. Here is what it means and how to use it to get your jersey.

What Is a Claim Link?

A claim link is a special, one-time URL sent to you by your team, school, or league. It means that someone has already paid for your jersey — your coach, team sponsor, booster club, or league. You do not need to pay anything to claim it.

Your job is to use the link to:

  1. Confirm your name and jersey number
  2. Confirm or adjust your size
  3. Choose how you want your jersey delivered

Why Did I Receive This?

You received a claim link because:

  • You are on a sports team whose coach or league has ordered uniforms from a local apparel shop.
  • You are part of a school program (band, choir, athletics) that ordered custom garments for all members.
  • Your organization set up a sponsored apparel program where members get their first item free.

If you are unsure why you received it, contact the person who manages your team or organization — they can confirm whether the link is legitimate.

How to Use Your Claim Link

  1. Click the link in your email. It will open a page showing your name, jersey number, and the size that was pre-selected for you by your coach or coordinator.
  2. Review the details. Check that your name and number are correct. If there is a mistake, do not worry — you can correct it on this page.
  3. Confirm or change your size. A size was pre-selected based on what your coach or coordinator submitted. If you need a different size, click the size you want. Note that size changes are subject to availability and your coach may need to approve them.
  4. Choose your delivery method. Options vary by league but typically include:
    • Delivered to coach (all jerseys shipped together, then distributed at practice)
    • Shipped to your home address (you may need to pay a shipping fee)
    • Pickup at a specified location on specific dates
  5. Submit your claim. Click Confirm My Jersey. You will receive a confirmation email. Your jersey goes into production and you will be notified when it is ready.

Warning

Claim links are one-time use and expire after a set date (usually shown in the email). If your link has expired, contact your coach or coordinator — they may be able to get a new link issued for you.

What Happens After You Claim

After you submit your claim:

  • You receive a confirmation email with your order details.
  • The apparel shop receives your claim and schedules your jersey for production.
  • When your jersey is ready to ship or available for pickup, you will receive another notification.
  • If you chose home delivery, you will receive a tracking number when it ships.

Problems and Questions

If you have a problem with your claim (wrong name, lost link, expired link, wrong size delivered), contact:

  1. First: Your coach or team coordinator — they manage the claim program and have direct contact with the shop.
  2. Second: The apparel shop directly — their contact info is in your confirmation email.

Tip

Save your claim confirmation email. It has the order details and shop contact information you will need if any questions arise later.
