Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts. Paid plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime from your dashboard. You keep your stores and data regardless.
What about payment processing fees?
Payments are handled by Stripe, which charges its standard processing rate (typically 2.9% + 30ยข per transaction). SpreeShop does not add a processing surcharge on top of this.
Can I use my own products and pricing?
Yes. SpreeShop is not a supplier โ you set your own products, prices, and margins. Your existing apparel inventory and vendor relationships stay intact.
What counts as a "store"?
Each client (school, team, organization) gets their own branded store with a unique URL. The Starter plan includes 3 active stores. Growth and Pro plans increase or remove that limit.
Do my clients pay anything?
No. Clients (schools, leagues, churches) pay nothing to use the storefront you create for them. Only your apparel business pays for SpreeShop.
What is white-label mode?
On the Pro plan, SpreeShop branding is removed from all storefronts and emails. Your clients see only your brand โ no mention of SpreeShop anywhere.
